It is not technical at all, however you need to be familiar and comfortable with cPanel’s file manager, phpmyadmin.

I purchased this e-book yesterday and had a chance to read it this morning. I consider myself a rather experienced WordPress user and even I found some very useful and informative tips on securing WordPress blogs. Some of these tips I already knew, such as hiding the WordPress version number and of course taking backups (something you should do with every website anyway). Some of the information on locking down your wp-admin directory, I never even realized. It is so simple yet so effective.
