		<description>Thanks for you note, you are right it can be a pain moving your posts from a free service.

I would recommend keep a backup copy everytime you post, or better start with a paid service. 

Some cost as much as a cup of coffee per month and provide great support. :)</description>

something important as well is that if you use a free service and you want to switch to you own wp hosted blog, then it will be a problem forwarding that to your own domain and thus might lose a bit of it.</description>
