A recent study by mailchimp shows that Gmail service has higher open rate, click rate, and lower bounce rates than other known mail service providers. With millions of emails send, the open rate of gmail is about 6% higher than Yahoo. You can argue that this is partly because Gmail service is newer than the others.

I first started with a Yahoo email and then added Gmail, but still keep my Yahoo email, which started to collect emails that I don’t really like to read..

Gmail offers a lot of features. My favorite one is being able to send email using “Send mail as” feature. This feature allows me to send email appearing from multiple accounts, and is a great way to organize my emails and respond to all of them from one single account.
