It’s really the support and service that makes tdothost no.1.
I remembered when I messed up my WordPress blog, I sent a lot of emails to them asking for help.

Tdothost has delivered more than just web hosting. There’s never a time when my queries go unanswered. I would talk and discuss issues and problems I face with Sherif, who always without fail, offers his professional help and advice.

When 2 of my sites were defaced recently, I wanted to give up. Sherif helped to rectify and brought them up again (without me asking!). He has revived my confidence in the web once again. I know TDOTHOST is behind me.

Sherif’s web-hosting service is indeed second to none. He responds promptly, gives you invaluable advice, and would even go the extra mile to help you out with file/database migration (provided he’s available).

I stepped back in time to live a Robinson life on a tiny remote island in the middle of the South China Sea. I’m cut off from almost everything of the so called ‘Real World’ except the Internet.

Finding Sherif and his Tdot hosting has been a genuine blessing to me, he is like stepping back in time to when service was real service. His blog is full of great info too. I am so glad to find this too.

After my blog (with a different hosting company) was hacked, they weren’t very helpful with getting me back up and running.

I was researching how to install a secure WordPress blog, and was fortunate to find Sherif’s tdot-blog site. I found many informative articles which explained steps to take to have a more secure WordPress blog, and I also found Sherif’s offer to install wordpress and provide email support and answers to all questions for anyone who signs up for hosting with him. I still had many questions and knew that having someone to contact who has expertise in WordPress security would be of great value to me, so I took him up on his offer and switched my hosting.

Let me tell you what a great decision that turned out to be!

Sherif really helped me get over the technical obstacles that were preventing me from moving forward to create a secure blog after mine was hacked. He always replies promptly to any questions, and provides clear answers and guidance of what to do. I now have a much better understanding of how to secure a WordPress blog, thanks to Sherif’s kindness and patience answering several technical questions that were holding me up.

Excellent customer support… Sherif is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely happy to help.

let me say something folks SHERIF ELSISI and his TDOT blog and his whole hosting services and other services he got, is a blessing for me. i don’t have to call india and have all that delays and language barrier and don’t mention how many asprin pills i need before the calls to india and even more pills after i call, in fact sherif simplified my web and internet troubles.
the reason i was using indian companies was mainly, because they were cheaper but now we have better and cheaper at home here GOD BLESS YOU MY FRIEND SHERIF
