Many of us connect with friends through FaceBook, but did you ever connect through meetup? I did a while ago and was not aware of the history behind it.
Today on the 10th anniversary, I received an email from Scott Heiferman (Co-Founder & CEO of Meetup). He wrote the story of Meetup which was launched 9 months after 9/11. The full story is published here on kurzweilai.net.
