		<description>Thanks for Your post! I just got locked out of my wordpress blog with this 403 error, when I was modifying sidebar gadgets, it suddenly took too long to update changes, and then I was throwen out, no access to my blog :(
 After Your post I started to check my .htaccess file - and the very last line told me like &quot;deny access from (my IP)&quot; :(  - I deleted this line, saved, and now got back my access!</description>
